Entrepreneur, corporate executive, certified coach and CEO and Founder of Catylyst, Jeff Lucier has walked in many shoes throughout his career.
From his stints working in corporate Canada to his post graduate certification in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, he has always had a passion for challenging and growing leaders.

His Master’s degree in Management Studies and BA in Psychology combined with his corporate working experience have equipped him well to work with today’s leaders and corporate teams.

Throughout his career, he has maintained that exceptional leadership is a critical business advantage for companies in any sector and is especially important now as the workplace has changed dramatically over the past three years.
